In case of 2 parameters, the wrapper will short-circuit if the files are
same.

Now all the 'ub' wrapper needs to do is launch browser with URL that
is obtained by passing all parameters to saturnin-www:

    exec uzbl-browser "$(saturnin www "$@")"

Forget about tabbed mode in urxvt

The backslash was needed due to [bug on Jessie][2], but on all other
macnines I use this is printed, which is not desired.

Starting with ffoo 0.0.14, new default is to pick only the first file
from FFOO_INI_PATH.  The old behavor can be triggered by using `-j`

Due to change in ffoo's iniread related to automerging of INI files, the
last value is returned when using -1.

We have to crook our ini file this way until the above is fixed.

--verbose never hurts; even for trivial changes it's good to check for
commit creep.

On Debian Wheezy the tilde expansion is performed.  Suppress it
explicitly.

Use 'r' for typos since it's typo of 't'.
