Apparently with some distros, raching 0 will turn off the display

saturnin v0.0.21+ adds new flexible menu handler so we don't need to
keep long pipes around in i3/config

Added feature to *uba* to launch browser even if list of URIs on stdin
ends up empty (that is, zero size or only empty lines).
