lrep() and prep() repeat every line, or whole stream, on stdin

People can now run

    __bashum_run_n 100 echo hello world

and it will print "hello world" 100 times, instead of just running
`echo` 100 times and ignoring the `hello world` part.

When there's no picture, this does not make sense.

The geometry updates are far too disrupting and I have no time to figure

Default is 4000, ie. 4 seconds, which is a bit too much for my

New vim-gitgutter enables eager mode by default and follows Vim's

to on Jabber anymore, and since I've forgotten jabber.cz password and
it's really PITA to restore it, it's a bit annoying to have to cancel
the dialog all the time.

I'm giving up trying to make X load this file properly on boot.
