Now all the 'ub' wrapper needs to do is launch browser with URL that
is obtained by passing all parameters to saturnin-www:

    exec uzbl-browser "$(saturnin www "$@")"

Forget about tabbed mode in urxvt

Starting with ffoo 0.0.14, new default is to pick only the first file
from FFOO_INI_PATH.  The old behavor can be triggered by using `-j`

Preserve comments and empty lines to allow for better orientation in
the merged list.

For some reason this has always been confusing me.
