Works (?) in night mode and on some of the more common default terminal
palettes.

Default is 4000, ie. 4 seconds, which is a bit too much for my
environment where all my boxes already use SSD's, etc.

New vim-gitgutter enables eager mode by default and follows Vim's
`updatetime` for purposes of timing.

Seems to whistle each time we save file, which is annoying if save takes
longer than moving to other focus (which may be very often).

(Return cursor after pasting; not sure how well it works for lines but
it's ok for chars.)

Makes more sense to have darker cursor when "inside" in insert mode.

Turns out adding new bar causes weird behavior at least on hugo; will
need to investigate and possibly file bug against i3* (unless I'm doing
something wrong).

Pablo goes better with Zenburn on Urxvt than Zenburn itself.
