Overview of changes:

 *  Fixed strange fc26-only python2 packaging issue

 *  Added missing %dir ownership in spec file

 *  Added minimal content to README.md

Overview of changes:

 *  Fixed first wave of packaging problems

    Non-determinism in tests, distro-specific names and missing parts
    of debian dir.  Some typos and bad substitutions on top of that.

    No functionality changes, except from borken to functional.

 *  Moved in from a Beakerlib module to a Shellfu/Bash module.

    That and added some basic set of TFKit tests.
