For some reaon, /usr/bin/python, which should be symlink to python2,
is not available on Fedora 26 COPR build servers (it seems to be on
"normal" installations).

From COPR targets, it really only affects Fedora 26 in particular: 25
was OK, and 27 is OK again, just as are EPELs and RHELs.

Overview of changes:

 *  Fixed first wave of packaging problems

    Non-determinism in tests, distro-specific names and missing parts
    of debian dir.  Some typos and bad substitutions on top of that.

    No functionality changes, except from borken to functional.

__SHELLFU_MODNAME__ is not yet subject to ENV:PREFIX, so this part has
to be hard-coded.  (Anyway, Debian will want it to ne /usr.)

Build checks are the first customer.

Overview of changes:

 *  Moved in from a Beakerlib module to a Shellfu/Bash module.

    That and added some basic set of TFKit tests.
